Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate nature of our handmade handicrafts, we do not accept returns or process refunds for change of mind or minor imperfections. We understand that each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or pattern. This is part of the charm of handmade items.
However, we do accept returns and offer replacement in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that is significantly damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide the following evidence:
Clear photos or videos of the damaged product, showcasing the extent of the damage.
A video of you unboxing the package, clearly showing the damaged product and its original packaging.
Once we have reviewed the evidence and confirmed the damage, we will initiate the return process.
You will be required to return the damaged product to us in its original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will offer a replacement, as per your preference.
- Incorrect Items:
If you receive items that do not match your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

A photo or description of the incorrect items you received
A photo or description of the correct items you ordered
- Additional Notes:
We do not accept returns or replacement for quality issues that are not related to damage during shipping.
We do not cover return shipping costs.
Replacement will be processed within 7-20 business days of receiving the returned item.
