SHIPPING POLICY

• Once the order received within 48 hours items are ready to ship.
• Our courier partner INDIAN POST/UPS/Fedex/DTDC a secure post and traceable.
• For Domestic Order 3-5 days.
• For International Order 7-14 days (* NOTE-It may take additional 7 days to get an order deliver if the order held by custom department of their respective country, Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply).
• Few handmade items may take 7 to 20 days for dispatch the order, because once the order get confirm Artist need time to make, for more details check in product description.
• For expedited shipping, shipping cost may increase for more info please contact us !

• We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
• Few Handicrafts are not allow to ship International for more details please contact us !

                                                                                                             We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• After receiving the product the customer has 7 days to raise a return request.
• After 7 days we would not be able to take up the return request.
• Return will be processed only in case of damaged product ,customer needs to mails us with clear pictures in such case or unboxing vedio clip will be preferably.
• To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or more.
• Once the replacement products are selected we will ship them as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Request for cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.
• If customer cancel the order after 3 hours of purchase ,Orders cannot be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

• There will be no refund on handicraft product.
